Hello! I'm a 3D animation student based in the Netherlands. I would eventually like to work on scientific research visualition projects. For now here is some ongoing concept art from my current project:

Whilst 3d modeling should never totally replace handmade, it is an exciting tool to work with.
It's bit like the dastardly AI that shouldn't be used just for the sake of it, but as an addition to existing techniques and crossover projects. That's my Ted-talk, thanks for coming.

We have a new Curator account just for 3D art and computer graphics - check out @PixelAndPolyCurator ! Run by our very own @cjrando , we're hoping the account will be a good central hub to bind the 3D community here (we have loads of Blender artists signing up often but I think you all struggle to find each other, as an example), boosting related posts and running some Curator Prompts - like activities. # # #

Hard choice.

-------
It was up to the crew to do the right thing, but who was willing to the be a decent human being and let them be in peace ?

Another quick practice. It's a spaceship, well that was the initial intent anyway... Blending smooth curves, hard surface details and using a 21/9 ratio for the image.
I'm slowly getting familiar with MOI 3D...

A close up view of a spaceship either very big, or absolutely tiny. It blends curve and hard edges.

Broken Hero - II

This brittle part of us makes us stronger, eventually...

Less destruction, different lighting, composition and texture.
