Three mushroom on a beautiful little driftwood, decorated with moss and little pine cones. They shine ice-green when switched on and have a little glow in the dark effect.
For sale, I ship worldwide! Tge perfect Christmas present! *wink*
My wife spotted the tiniest mushrooms! about 1 mm high.
for photos this close, the depth of field is very very small. The mushroom shot is a composition of 15 shots. all stacked on top of each other.
after I collected my shots a tiny red bug was climbing on the tiny mushroom. So I quickly tried to get a focused shot of that bug. but it was crawling around so it took a few attempts to get the shot.
Hello my fellow mycelium people. Let me present you the mushroom lamp "Black 'n White".
Milky-white casts of real mushrooms on a dark wood. They look so innocent, almost boring. But in the dark they show their true colors, because they have color changing LED inside!
As you may know I have quite the mushroom production here xD
Working for the upcoming convention, there's still a lot to do. Meanwhile this little fella sprouted. It's not for sale, in fact it's a gift and travels to a foreign country
Daughter and I were drawing mushroom people last night. Decided to turn one into a carving. Not 100% happy with the feet, so may go back and make them more tubular.
I just discovered #fungifriday and It's still Friday here for another 15 minutes!
#Acrylicpainting in the series of small #mushroom painting I did. I really do need to start #painting again. I enjoyed it more than most things, and painting #fungus most of all... It also fits with my love of #moss for #mosstodon
Last summer, I encountered these UFO-esque mushrooms growing on a lawn outside of a housing project in Vinegar Hill, Brooklyn. Does anyone know what is growing here? Mysterious stuff.
(If anyone knows, I will addend my article and credit the tipster therein.)
Article with more mushroom photos - which will find their way onto Pixelfed in higher resolution in the near future:
A tree mushroom to be exact. It's nothing extraordinary, but I do like the contrast between the black and white birches, the brown plants at the bottom and the striking green of the moss.
The mushroom itself is just the eye catcher that I felt was necessary for this photo to work.
