Don't forget the filter!! For example if you want to NOT see certain posts (including explore tab) then just add the keywords to your filter.

Preferences -> filter -> new filter. *add keywords*

If you'd like to stay away from american overload of complaining posts you can filter f.e. 'biden', 'musk', 'trump', 'twitter', 'apple', 'democrate'. 'republican', 'meta' etc.

Or when you're into ilustrations but not into furry stuff, just add '#' or 'furry' etc.
