Li'l unicorn got a li'l friend yesterday. I considered blocking the antlers and wings, but I quite like the way they curl - making her look like a hatchling.

Original and new versions of one of my drawings, a sleeping baby #dragon curled around a teddy bear... which has caught on fire.
The first was done in 2010, the second in early 2023. While there's still stuff I like about the earlier one, I feel like the simpler, brighter update fits my silly theme better. It's fun to revisit a piece!

I'm a game developer and hobbyist dragon artist. I also don't know how to not make dry intros.
My main OC is Janblu, they're a western-style dragon who is possessed by two demons created out of their locked up emotions and trauma. They're a pacifist dragon who can use healing magic, and used to have an extremely blue design.

The 7th stream request I did in a hired request stream for the Draconity.org's Discord server. This was a ton of fun, thanks so much for the opportunity, Dorg! Honestly a setup I'd love to do again. Each of these took approximately 20 minutes, 9 wrapped up cleanly in 3 hours.
Also learned, that I have no idea how some elements I like to use work, neither do I have a concrete dragon head shape I can fall back on. And some of my markers seem so dark always.
Wish I had a revert button, traditional media is hard!
