I once painted a horse that looked something like this drawing and it was a really bad painting. I wish I kept it so I could share my bad painting but I painted over it. So I tried to do a drawing of what I remembered of the painting but I think I made this drawing too nice. You will just have to believe me I once made a terrible horse painting.

A very fast and loose marker sketch of a brown horse standing still in profile in some grass in a field. The lines are just squiggles. Some squiggly blue for the sky. Some yellow dots for flowers in the field.

It's been a while so please accept my offering of a pink elf with an afro for you!

(She's gorgeous and I want to draw more of her)

Pink elf with a large afro and ears on a green background drawn in marker pen

oh man i was going through old pictures and found this one from 2017. i think it was my first time practicing with markers? still don't have much experience with them, but i kinda wanna try doing little thumbnails like this to get back into them (especially since i've also improved overall since then).

...or maybe use brushes for a similar digital effect at least (markers... expensive...)

A sketchbook page with six marker and gel pen thumbnails. 1. A sea of stars on an inky blue background, with two shimmering spiral galaxies. 2. A dense green forest. Inked in white, a small figure stands within surrounded by tiny whisps. 3. An early morning sky fading from a purple to sky blue to light yellow gradient. There are light orange beams of sunlight. Cartoonish clouds are sketched over it in white ink. 4. A bright orange sky behind dark building outlines. A UFO with an alien throwing a peace sign is sketched over it in white ink. 5. A pink and orange sky contrasting a cityscape. The black buildings and windows are outlined in white. Clouds and stars have been sketched in white ink as well. 6. A lavender and yellow sky above rolling hills, one of which had a lone tree. Drawn in white ink, the sky has four large stars with a shooting star falling right between them.
