Test. Sind Kakao Karten eigentlich noch ein Ding? Anyway! Jedes Jahr mache ich bei einem secret santa mit und meine Wichtelin wünscht sich einen Drachen. Ich unterschätze immer wie verdammt wenig Platz auf 6,4x8,9 cm sind 😅

Finished the Doc Savage piece. Obviously couldn't replicate it exactly due to medium, but I like how it turned out. Especially the smoke. Foreground dude could have been done better.
The second piece was sourced from the same book (Pulps, by Francis Saint-Martin) in a section on The Avenger. Don't know the artist here either. That one I feel more satisfied with, probably because I was able to get it closer.

Attempted a guy version of a character from an old headworld. Doesn't even look like the character in question, but I like the drawing on its own.

Inspired by my 2017 art. Done in ballpoint pen just like old times.

I've been kicking around the Fediverse since last winter, but I'd love more eyeballs on my work. Very open to feedback, suggestions.

Art has always been a hobby or a time-filler. But recently I've wanted to push myself and get better. I think sharing is a big part of that.

I mostly draw little cartoon martians and the hijinks they get up to. Typically I use fountain pens on paper and then do some light touch-ups in paint.net.
