Hello,
This month I'm joining the month of masters challenge on instagram, it's a very nice challenge for studying some artworks from various masters.
The first master is Coles Philips. I Love how he used the negative spaces, here is my version of one of his works :)

Hashtags : # # #
My interpretation of Coles Phillips' illustration. It's a digital drawing of a girl holding a umbrella while looking at the sky.
A close up of my drawing
The original picture shows a girl with a umbrella. She is looking at the sky. Maybe it will rain ? Who knows ? The drawing has a warm Grey background, the woman's coat is Grey too

Watercolor of a flying ship that is a traveling shop. Parked on four skinny legs, part of the ships' wall folds out to form a counter & an OPEN sign. Potions & oddities line the walls inside. The background is a landscape made out of a pride flag's colors.
Digital art made to look like paper cut art of a rocket ship taking off with orange smoke.
Pixel art of a blue emperor dragonfly, seen from the top down.

Watercolor of a fluffy sheep standing under a tree, contemplating its existence.

Let's do an experiment! :ablobcatbongo:

You guys tell me the title of a book that doesn't exist and I'll try to draw a cover for it

(Sorry, I need some inspiration and I'm desperate😅 )

This is #, round 2!

Started to draw her for the # #, ended up drawing Kitsune instead(https://bit.ly/3kX8E5S).
Decided today I wanted to finish this one anyway

# # day 12

Congratulations to 100 #! I modeled the couch from # b/c fit the hue!

Modeled this w/o a tutorial which I felt confident, but got frustrated b/c I didn’t know how to add the trim to the pillows & the top of the couch wasn’t supposed to be that bumpy but was too hard to fix 😩

When I’m not in a hurry to complete pieces in a challenge, I’d want to try again though.

# # # #
A pink couch against a beige wall, but the lighting gives the wall a pink tint. A pink rug sits under the couch. Pink and white pillows sit on the couch.

Some more pieces from when I asked people to blindly pic 3 # marker colors. This one was mostly greys, but I enjoyed that.

# # # # #
A traditional drawing, mostly in black and white with slight beige tints, of a girl with long white hair standing by a body of water with a forest of tall slim birch trees behind her. She is sitting down, holding her knees to her chest and touching her reflection in the water. There is a floating giant eye above her forehead akin to the markings of a birch tree.
An earlier version of the previously described drawing, just that the trees are simple, without any eye markings on them, and there are no beige tints yet.
